Khokho is committed to local production, encouraging economic growth and developing talent within eSwatini. A leather training program has been initiated to train local technicians in the art of patternmaking, cutting and construction. Lead by an Italian master craftsman with over 40 years of experience in crafting luxury handbags for Burberry and Marc Jacobs, his expertise and advice is generously shared with the Khokho team. 

Young technicians, local to the Swazi community are also invited to visit the studio for sponsored training programs as part of Khokho's commitment to broaden community engagement and encourage economic growth for the next generation.
